Senior Brand Strategist (Enterprise Accounts)

Role We’re looking for a Senior Brand Strategist with experience working with enterprise-level accounts to bring clarity to complex marketing challenges, shape high-impact brand strategies, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering creative that drives measurable business results. What you will own Client clarity: vague asks become briefs, plans, decisions Brand correctness: messaging and guardrails hold Pitch quality: strong concepts, tight narrative, decks that land Delivery cohesion: right staffing, clean sequencing, clean handoffs What you will do Lead discovery: force clarity, priorities, testable asks Set creative & executional guardrails for the delivery & creative teams Build the plan: themes, angles, frameworks, direction, testing loops Present and sell ideas, run rooms, handle pushback Orchestrate teams: project managers, performance copywriters, influencer/UGC managers, editors, designers Translate feedback: subjective notes to actionable edits without derailing strategy Partner with Account Managers to keep client relationships healthy Apply performance media literacy: platform realities, targeting logic, measurement, etc. Who you are You can lead enterprise meetings You have taste plus rigor: you can judge creative quickly and defend it with clients You are brand-literate: positioning systems, messaging hierarchies, guardrails, consistency You are strong in influencer and paid social You understand performance media enough to make better creative calls: targeting, measurement, creative fatigue, iteration loops You can package work: decks, narratives, concept articulation You can orchestrate multiple teams You’re an excellent copywriter Why us Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days Flexible working hours Insurance (Covered in full by the employer) RVER (QC) | RRSP (ONT) Company laptop 1000$ allocation for health, wellness, and home office setup (per year) Open to covering WeWork 1–2 days per week Fully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere) High opportunity for growth!
