Develop and maintain company-wide standards for BMS design, details, and documentation templates. Participate in design coordination meetings and technical workshops with clients, vendors, and commissioning agents. Assist clients with evaluation and selection of control system integrators. Conduct QA/QC reviews to validate drawings, sequences, and integration details before issuance. Conduct site visits to gather existing system information, review construction work in progress, and confirm installed conditions are in compliance with contract document requirements.
