Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise integration and reporting initiatives within a global pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system integration solutions, streamline business processes, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain User Requirements Specifications (URS), User Stories, Functional Specifications, Acceptance Criteria, Business Cases, and Project Charters.
• Conduct business process mapping and data mapping activities.
• Manage and prioritize the integration backlog.
• Prepare business cases for future integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Support software testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Design and develop reporting solutions to support business operations.
• Facilitate data sharing and integration across enterprise applications.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements, project timelines, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and participate in regular meetings with international teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a pharmaceutical or life sciences (GxP-compliant) environment.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and user story creation.
• Hands-on experience with business process mapping, data mapping, and system integration projects.
• Experience managing integration backlogs and supporting Agile delivery.
• Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a global, virtual team environment.
• Availability to attend occasional evening meetings (15:00–19:00 CET) to collaborate with global teams.
