📍 Location: Anywhere in Poland (Remote – European Time Zone)

💰 Salary: Up to 250,000 PLN per annum

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join Roche's Enterprise Recipe Management (Basecamp 2.0) programme, supporting global pharmaceutical manufacturing and integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Requirements Gathering & User Story Creation

✅ Business Process & Data Mapping

✅ Integration Backlog Management

✅ Business Case Preparation for Future Integrations

✅ Functional Specifications, URS & Acceptance Criteria

✅ Software Testing, Validation & UAT Support

✅ Collaborate with Business & Technical Teams

Technologies & Systems

• BaseCamp

• SAP MDG

• SAP MRR

• sLIMS

• SPECA

• MuleSoft / Solaris

• SQL & Reporting Solutions

Must-Have Skills

✔ 3–5 years' Business Analyst experience in a GxP-compliant Pharmaceutical environment

✔ Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases & integrations

✔ Experience working on enterprise integration projects

✔ Excellent English communication skills

✔ Comfortable working with US stakeholders (15:00–19:00 CET)

🔹 European Citizens or Permanent Residents eligible to work in Poland

🔹 Must be able to join and work from Day 1
