Senior Business Analyst – Process & Workflow Improvement

Location: Philippines – Remote

Contract: Initial three-month contract

Working hours: Aligned with Australian business hours

CloudMarc is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a leading Australian university on an important workflow and process-improvement initiative.

This is a hands-on role for a well-rounded Business Analyst who can quickly understand existing business processes, engage with stakeholders and translate requirements into clear, practical documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders

• Review, document and map current business workflows

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

• Develop clear business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

• Create current-state and future-state process documentation

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered

• Support testing, implementation and business readiness activities

Required experience:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst

• Strong workflow analysis and process-mapping experience

• Experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements

• Ability to create user stories, process flows and functional documentation

• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment

• Availability to start immediately or at short notice

Experience in higher education, digital transformation or business process improvement would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

This opportunity is open to candidates based in the Philippines who can work remotely and align with Australian business hours.
