Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise software development.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud-based applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, product lifecycle, and software delivery.
• Working knowledge of AI/Generative AI concepts and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
