Tasks

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Analyse, document and optimise business processes within the banking environment
• Identify automation opportunities and support the implementation of RPA solutions
• Gather, define and validate business requirements for transformation initiatives
• Support the integration of automation solutions with core banking platforms
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirement elicitation sessions
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, process improvements and technical execution
• Contribute to project planning, prioritisation and delivery activities

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related field
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector
• Strong knowledge of Core Banking systems and banking operations
• Experience with Automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiatives
• Proven business analysis, requirements engineering and process redesign experience
• Product Ownership experience is an advantage
• Understanding of Temenos T24 is considered a strong plus
• Ability to work independently in complex stakeholder environments.
• Business fluent English (C1/C2)
