Tech Talent International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe. We currently have a role as a Senior Business Analyst - AI Transformation with our large consulting client on a long term project with a major financial services client in the Montreal area. Role: Senior Business Analyst - AI Transformation Type: Contract 37.5 hrs/week Duration: 12 months to start + extension Rate: $80-100/hr (depending on experience) C2C Location: Hybrid - Montreal, QC - 3 days remote, 2 days in office ( up to 4 days during key project phases) Language Requirements: English and French Senior Business Analyst - AI Transformation 1. This transformation is taking place in a rapidly evolving environment characterized by: Ongoing organizational change Modernization of systems, business processes, and ways of working Progressive integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions Increasing Agile maturity We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - AI Transformation who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, complex, and sometimes ambiguous environment. The successful candidate must be able to deliver under aggressive timelines while managing frequent changes in priorities and project scope. 2. Assignment Objective As a Business Analyst , the consultant will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and defining business needs arising from business challenges and opportunities that impact the organization's strategic objectives. Working closely with initiative leaders and business subject matter experts, the consultant will: Help stakeholders understand business challenges Define the desired business value Guide initiatives before solution identification and design The consultant will primarily work during the pre-project/discovery phase , ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, documented, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. The role operates within a SAFe and Agile environment and contributes to maintaining a consistent and structured business analysis practice. 3. Key Responsibilities 3.1 Business Analysis & Delivery Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Ensure consistency and traceability of business requirements. Collaborate with IT, Product, and Business teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies. 3.2 SAFe Framework Contribution Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile Release Train (ART) activities. Support Lean-Agile principles and practices. 3.3 Managing Multiple Initiatives Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Act in a "firefighter" capacity when urgent issues arise, responding quickly to resolve critical situations. Maintain high-quality deliverables despite shifting priorities and tight delivery timelines. 3.4 Change Management Operate effectively within a transformational environment. Support the adoption of new processes and ways of working. Act as a facilitator with business stakeholders and project teams. 3.5 Leadership & Collaboration Demonstrate positive, needs-focused leadership through influence rather than authority.
