Job Summary Reporting to the Head of Business Banking Change Risk, the Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation, digitization, and automation of the Business Banking Credit Value Chain. The role will be responsible for translating strategic business objectives into technology-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen risk management practices, enhance customer experience, and support the end-to-end credit origination, assessment, sanctioning, fulfilment, and monitoring processes. Job Description Work closely with business stakeholders, credit teams, technology partners, vendors, and change delivery teams to: Identify opportunities for process optimization. Define and document business requirements. Assess impacts across systems, processes, and operating models. Support the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives. Provide end-to-end business analysis support across: Requirements elicitation and analysis. Solution design and development support. Stakeholder engagement and management. Testing coordination and execution. Implementation and change support. Training and knowledge transfer. Operational readiness activities. Post-implementation support and continuous improvement. Drive initiatives focused on: Core credit platforms. Workflow automation. Credit decisioning processes. Risk assessment and management processes. Banking systems supporting the Business Banking Credit ecosystem. Demonstrate substantial banking industry experience, including: Strong exposure to Business Banking. Deep understanding of the end-to-end credit lifecycle. Experience within credit risk, credit operations, credit systems, or lending environments. Effectively engage and influence stakeholders by: Building relationships with senior business and technology leaders. Leading complex requirements gathering workshops. Driving delivery across cross-functional teams. Influencing key business and technology decisions. Operating successfully within a fast-paced and evolving change environment. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (Business, IT, Finance, or related) – essential Postgraduate qualification or BA certification (e.g. CBAP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) – advantageous 7–10+ years’ Business Analysis experience (in Business Banking non-negotiable) Experience supporting large-scale automation and digital transformation initiatives within a banking environment will be highly advantageous. Demonstrable experience working within a credit environment is advantageous. Strong experience in business process transformation, requirements management, system implementation, testing, stakeholder engagement, and change delivery.
