Pay Range: $63.00 – $70.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Schedule: Full-time, contract; long-term opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst IT 3 to support enterprise-level initiatives, including the Niguri Planning project.

This role requires strong business analysis expertise, the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and experience working across multiple projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving business decisions, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and contributing to end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements, interdependencies, risks, and issues

• Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications

• Conduct impact analysis and provide strategic recommendations

• Facilitate alignment and communication across business units

Process Improvement & Strategy

• Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for automation and optimization

• Support business process design, redesign, and documentation

• Develop and present complex business cases to stakeholders and leadership

Project Execution & Leadership

• Work across multiple projects as a team member and occasionally as a project lead

• Drive collaboration between business and IT teams to align solutions with strategy

• Provide clear communication on project status, risks, and deliverables

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Support end-to-end functional testing and QA efforts

• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Advanced experience gathering and refining complex business requirements

• Strong ability to develop business cases and perform impact analysis

• Experience with end-to-end functional testing and QA processes

• In-depth knowledge of compliance principles

• Working knowledge of SQL

• Strong understanding of business architecture and its relationship to enterprise systems

• Ability to present complex strategies and recommendations to senior leadership

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience

• Experience working within large enterprise environments

• Hands-on technical experience is a plus
