For this role we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems, improving processes, and turning business needs into actionable outcomes. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Extensive business analysis experience (ideally in banking, payments, or similar environments) Strong analytical, research, and facilitation skills—able to lead workshops and clearly document requirements Strong relationship-building and communication skills Stakeholder Engagement & Management, with a focus on Customer Impact Hands-on experience with Confluence and Azure DevOps (ADO) Track record in process improvement, quality assurance, and delivering solutions in complex, multi-disciplinary environments Operational Risk & Agile Delivery Proven ability in some of the following areas: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Mandate Management & Relationship Mapping CRM Integration & Customer Servicing Automation Enterprise Process Mapping & Compliance Frameworks Functional and Non-Functional Requirements Auditability, Access Control, Data Modelling, and handling Complex Relationship Structures Business Process Analysis & delivering Business Solutions You don’t need to meet every single requirement to apply!
