If so, we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst , Savings and Investments to join our team on the journey to success! Join our Savings and Investments team and play a key role in shaping savings and investment products, pricing, and growth initiatives across multiple markets by turning data into actionable business decisions What You’ll do: Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing developments, and customer behaviour across savings and investment products Analyse portfolio performance and key business KPIs, including volumes, cost of funds, product mix, retention, and channel performance Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making Identify opportunities for product, pricing, and sales optimization Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities Improve reporting processes, data quality, and automation Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Commercial teams on strategic initiatives and new product launches What you’ll need to succeed: University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in analytics, banking, fintech, consulting, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights. Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage. Understanding of savings, investment, or retail banking products is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
