We are working on behalf of an international technology consultancy that is growing its Microsoft Dynamics and ERP practice in Switzerland.
We need someone who understands how Business Central supports a business as a whole and can confidently work with clients to:
• Understand their processes and identify what genuinely needs improving
• Translate business requirements into practical Business Central solutions
• Advise stakeholders rather than simply take instructions
• Support projects across implementation, optimisation, migration and ongoing development
• Work across different areas of Business Central depending on the client and project
The priority is your functional knowledge, business understanding and ability to work directly with customers. Technical knowledge would be useful, but this is not a development-led position.
What they’re looking for:
• Strong experience consulting with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Broad functional knowledge across the system
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Confident client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent German
• Technical Business Central knowledge is beneficial but not essential
Other Details:
- Salary up to CHF 120,000
- Switzerland (remote, with occasional travel)
