KAD Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our consulting team and contribute to business transformation, organizational improvement, and growth projects.
We are looking for a professional with strong business acumen who can look beyond surface-level issues, identify root causes, and translate complex business challenges into clear, practical, and actionable recommendations for our clients.
The Role
As a Senior Management Consultant, you will contribute to consulting engagements across areas such as:
- Business strategy and growth
- Business process improvement
- Organizational design and Operating Model
- Business performance assessment and KPI frameworks
- Commercial effectiveness and Sales Operations
- Customer Experience and After-Sales
- Digital transformation and technology enablement
- Governance and management reporting systems
- Identification of opportunities to improve productivity, Margin, and overall business value
What We Are Looking for:
Ideally, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Management Consulting or a senior business role
- A Master's degree or MBA will be considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of Strategy, Operations, and business economics
- Experience in diagnosing complex business challenges and identifying root causes
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Ability to translate data and business insights into clear and actionable management recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good command of English
- A high level of professionalism, sound judgment, and personal accountability
