You will lead client engagements end-to-end — combining business development, strategic advisory, and project delivery — while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and expanding our presence in one of the most important mining markets globally. Your Impact at dss+ You will lead the delivery of transformation programmes across the Peruvian mining sector, partnering with clients to solve complex operational and organisational challenges. You will also play a key role in growing the business — identifying strategic opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and leading the development and closure of high-value consulting engagements. Key Accountabilities Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across large-scale transformation programmes in mining operations Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior leaders, acting as a strategic advisor to mining clients Drive business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and closing complex consulting engagements Expand existing client relationships by identifying long-term partnership and growth opportunities Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resources in collaboration with internal teams and clients Engage executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions Anticipate operational and delivery risks, ensuring proactive mitigation and strong governance Contribute to the growth of the Mining & Metals portfolio in Peru and across Latin America Maintain active involvement in project delivery to ensure quality, impact, and client satisfaction What You’ll Experience at dss+ Deliver on our Purpose Be part of a values-led organisation where your work helps save lives, improve performance, and advance sustainability for our clients and their people. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, leading teams, and delivering measurable outcomes.
