As a Senior Business Liaison Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of our business engagement and support. Ability to communicate effectively with a range of customers and external partners using tact, diplomacy and negotiation skills, responding to complaints in a professional and courteous manner Developed ICT skills, including the ability to accurately input and check data.
