This role is responsible for eliciting requirements, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and solution definition in support of Microsoft Power Platform applications. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, self-driven professional who excels at gathering information from stakeholders, synthesizing complex business needs, and translating them into clear business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation. Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and operational requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and other project documentation. Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and other visual artifacts to communicate business processes. Collaborate with project managers, developers, architects, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Support solution validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop and maintain professional documentation, including requirements documents, user guides, standard operating procedures, and governance artifacts. Support IT governance initiatives by developing and maintaining standards, procedures, templates, and documentation that promote consistency and quality across projects. Ensure deliverables align with organizational governance standards, software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, and established best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience as an Information Technology Business Analyst.
