Partner with stakeholders to map business workflows, identify HCP improvement initiatives and efficiency reporting opportunities, and align technology solutions with business needs. Manage paycode and work unit configurations, execute integrations (e.g., SFTP loads, Oracle), and maintain MOSAIC/CDM target mappings. Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets, system errors, user access/security updates, and daily volume file discrepancies while advising on HCP best practices and service delivery. Oversee acceptance testing, review payroll exceptions, and collaborate with Health Ministries and Labor Management teams to resolve pay and configuration issues. Track metrics and dashboards (including Tableau), manage system risks, and perform financial/ROI analysis to support project prioritization. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking Master’s degree preferred Proven leadership experience managing large-scale ERP or WFM system implementations in a healthcare setting. Hands-on proficiency as a UKG data expert, with deep experience in UKG Pro WFM, HCP, and Labor Management systems.
