About the role The Senior Cash Management Specialist is responsible for supporting key functions within the Accounting and Finance Department, including cash management, bank transfers, investor purchase reconciliations, and investor reporting. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing best practices to mitigate risk, ensure operational efficiency, and minimize potential losses. Key Responsibilities Manage and reconcile cash activity across multiple bank accounts. Research and resolve funding issues involving customers, investors, and third parties. Execute and monitor the investor's buyback process. Perform treasury-related functions, including the maintenance and administration of bank accounts. Prepare and support investor through purchase reconciliations and reporting activities. Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from customers and internal business partners. Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to UDAAP, BSA/AML, Information Security, and Employee Handbook requirements. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk management controls. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree At least 4 years of experience in financial services At least 1 year of system knowledge working with Shaw Retail Basic knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed. Location This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best! While you’ll primarily work from home, you are always welcome to visit our office in Irving, TX, whenever you choose. We encourage our remote team members to stay connected through regular virtual meetings and team events. All team members must reside in one of our approved locations by their start date, ensuring you remain part of our collaborative community. Compensation For this role our salary range is $55,000 to $60,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
