Senior - Clinical Planner (Architecture)

This is an opportunity to put clinical planning expertise to work at the heart of our national architecture health team. We're looking for a specialist Senior Health Designer to join our Brisbane team, someone who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and elevating the quality of our healthcare projects across Australia. In this role, you will work alongside our teams, providing expert guidance, contributing to client conversations, and helping to shape best-practice outcomes. What You'll Achieve: Apply your specialist knowledge in clinical planning, shaping design strategies for complex, large-scale healthcare projects. Mentor our teams across the practice, sharing your insights to lift our collective health design skills and confidence. Work collaboratively with clients and project teams to translate complex clinical needs into functional and human-centred design outcomes. Contribute your expertise to help us pursue and win significant health projects, adding value from the earliest stages. Represent Hassell's passion for design in conversations with clients and the wider industry. Who We're Looking For: An Associate or Senior Associate level archiecture professional, with deep experience and a genuine passion for the health sector. A specialist in clinical planning, health master planning, and navigating complex design guidelines. A clear, collaborative communicator who enjoys building great client relationships and mentoring colleagues. Someone who thrives on solving complex design puzzles and is always curious about finding a better way. Strong technical proficiency in Revit is essential, with competency using dRofus in healthcare environments.
