Role overview

A global clinical research opportunity supporting clinical trials across the region. The role focuses on site management, monitoring, regulatory compliance, data quality, and maintaining strong communication with clinical research sites and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Support subject recruitment planning and site performance.
• Maintain regular communication with assigned clinical research sites.
• Provide protocol and study-related training to site teams.
• Monitor site practices, data quality, and compliance, escalating issues when required.
• Track regulatory submissions, patient recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
• Maintain accurate clinical trial documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, investigators, sites, and other stakeholders.
• Apply knowledge of applicable clinical research regulations and requirements.

Ideal background

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of hands-on clinical trial monitoring experience.
• A relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with clinical research sites and study documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Current residence in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
