What you'll actually do: Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure that powers the entire MotorK platform - used by thousands of customers across Europe Build the tools and workflows that make 100+ developers faster, not slower Push governance, cost, and security forward without turning into the department of "no" Design monitoring and observability that tells you what's wrong before customers do Run capacity planning and load testing like it's a competitive sport Be the infra backbone for the whole R&D org Stack you'll touch: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Nginx, Cloudflare, Kafka, MySQL, Postgres, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Terraform, Ansible, What you bring: Real production experience running Kubernetes at scale Deep knowledge of at least one cloud provider, ideally AWS SRE/DevOps instincts baked in, not bolted on Infrastructure as Code fluency (Terraform, Ansible) Strong CI/CD chops RDBMS troubleshooting and optimization (MySQL, Postgres) Linux administration in your bones Scripting fluency - bash, Python, Groovy Networking know-how, cloud and bare-metal Comfort with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki Bonus: PHP or Java experience on k8s Bonus: OSS CMS experience (WordPress, Joomla) You already use AI tools daily - Cursor, Claude, whatever gives you an edge What you get: Salary from €75,000/year with the final offer adjusted based on experience and skill set.
