As part of an international team, you will contribute to the development of modern, cloud-based solutions and business-critical applications using the latest technologies in a collaborative, agile environment. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Cloud Native GenAI / Agent Engineer to design, develop, and optimise enterprise-grade AI agent solutions in a modern Azure cloud environment. In this role, you will build production-ready agent workflows, RAG-based applications, and AI orchestration components, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and observability. Working closely with solution architects and stakeholders, you will leverage the latest GenAI technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and business-critical AI solutions within a collaborative, agile team. RESPONSIBILITIES Build and harden agent workflows, skills, RAG components and evaluation mechanisms. Implement the orchestration logic and integrate it with the HITL workflow. Develop prompt, context and grounding strategies for requirement-quality checks and V&V use cases. Build tests, logging, monitoring, tracing and error handling for AI components. Work closely with the Lead Architect on architecture and with Audi on technical validation. REQUIREMENTS Must-have skills Strong Python development experience. Practical experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar agent frameworks. Advanced RAG: retrieval, vector search, chunking, metadata filtering, grounding and evaluation. Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry experience. Evaluation and observability for LLM applications, including tracing and quality metrics. API development and integration, ideally including MCP server/tool development. Docker, CI/CD, Git and automated testing. Basic understanding of Azure networking, identity and security requirements. Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice. Strongly preferred Experience with Codebeamer or another requirements-management platform. Knowledge of requirements quality, traceability and test-case relationships. Experience with regulated or security-sensitive enterprise environments. WHAT WE OFFER Salary range: €4000 - €6500 (GROSS) / month.
