The Role

This goes beyond basic document review. You will analyze, validate, and convert complex U.S. CRE financial records into high-quality datasets that power our AI. Applying a dual lens of US GAAP accounting and financial analysis, you’ll interpret complex transactions and ensure absolute data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Extraction: Review and audit T12 statements, balance sheets, rent rolls, delinquency reports, loan agreements (including Fannie/Freddie and HUD loans), Appraisal, PCA reports and OMs. Analyze documents from a dual accounting and financial analyst standpoint to ensure data accuracy.
• Metric Validation: Calculate, interpret, and cross-validate NOI, DSCR, Cap Rates, EGI, Debt Service, and Cash Flow.
• Quality & Reconciliation: Spot discrepancies across complex financial packages and validate data using CRE best practices and GAAP accounting fundamentals.
• AI Data Structuring: Organize clean, structured datasets to train and refine proprietary AI models.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. Commercial Real Estate (Accounting, Underwriting, Asset Management, or Commercial Lending). This is not a entry/junior-level role.
• Core Document Expertise: Proven experience reviewing T12s, Rent Rolls, and Loan Agreements is strictly required.
• Excel Mastery: Advanced skills in large dataset analysis using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and complex logical formulas.
• Asset Familiarity: Deep knowledge of Multifamily properties and commercial lending structures.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Agency/CMBS loans (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac).
• Hands-on experience with CRE tools: Yardi, RealPage, MRI, Argus, or CoStar.
