About You You will be an experienced commissioning professional with a strong track record of leading complex programmes, service transformation and strategic change. You will be confident developing commissioning strategies, business cases and procurement activity that deliver high-quality services and value for money. Working collaboratively across organisations, you will build strong relationships with partners, providers and stakeholders, using data, insight and market intelligence to inform decision-making. You will have excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills, alongside experience of managing risk, governance and financial oversight. Most importantly, you will be passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people and families. About Us At Gloucestershire County Council, we are committed to creating a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace where colleagues can thrive and achieve their full potential.
