Overview of the role
The Senior Community Coordinator is a central role in the Irish team, responsible for the health and day-to-day experience of the B Corp community. This is a relationship-first role ideal for someone who excels in building connections, turning complexity into clarity, and creating impactful learning experiences.
The role spans community relationship management, communications, events, onboarding, recertification support, data analysis, and collective action. It is a hands-on, high-ownership role that offers the opportunity to shape how the Irish B Corp community connects, learns, and leads.
The successful candidate will help Irish B Corps understand what comes next after certification, stay connected to the movement, prepare for recertification, participate in community initiatives, and make the most of their certification. They will also help bring the Irish B Corp community offerings to life through newsletters, events, webinars, working groups, campaigns, and peer-learning opportunities.
We are looking for someone warm, organised, proactive, and confident working with a diverse business community. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing movement and help shape how B Corps in Ireland connect, learn, collaborate, and lead.
