We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Compliance Analyst (Partner Due Diligence & Relationship Compliance) to join our Compliance team. This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating Convera's partner due diligence program across correspondent banks, payment partners, and other strategic financial institution relationships. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between Compliance, Legal, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Information Security, and business teams to ensure due diligence requests are managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment. Experience within financial services, banking, payments, or compliance operations is highly desirable . This is a hybrid work model (onsite 2-3 times per week), working hours Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. Please note: For this position, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must already have the permanent legal right to work in the country they apply to and be able to start and maintain employment without visa support from Convera. You will be responsible for: Coordinating and managing responses to due diligence requests from correspondent banks, payment partners, and other financial institution partners. Gathering information from Compliance, Legal, Risk, Treasury, Information Security, Finance, Operations, Product, and other stakeholders to prepare comprehensive responses to partner inquiries. Maintaining and continuously improving the central repository of due diligence responses, supporting documentation, policies, and evidence materials. Supporting annual reviews, periodic refreshes, audits, and enhanced due diligence exercises conducted by banking and payment partners. Identifying recurring diligence themes, potential compliance risks, control gaps, and opportunities for remediation. Maintaining questionnaires, certifications, governance documents, and supporting materials required for partner reviews. Tracking response deadlines, partner obligations, and follow-up requests to ensure timely completion. Producing management reporting on diligence volumes, turnaround times, key themes, and risk trends. Assisting in the implementation of process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability. Supporting the development and maintenance of procedural documentation, playbooks, and knowledge management resources. Coordinating with global stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC to address partner requirements spanning multiple jurisdictions. Assisting with special projects related to compliance governance, banking relationships, regulatory change management, and operational resilience initiatives. You should apply if you have: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field. Relevant experience in compliance, risk management, banking, payments, AML, or financial services. A strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles within regulated financial services environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different geographic regions. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools. Would be an advantage if you have: Experience supporting correspondent banking, payment services, AML, sanctions, financial crime compliance, or third-party risk management programs. Professional certifications such as CAMS, CAFP, CRCM, or similar compliance and risk-related credentials. Experience working within a global financial services, fintech, or payments organization. Experience with knowledge management, workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives. Experience and confidence in utilizing AI tools and AI agents to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and organize information effectively.
