Our team in the sun-soaked São Paulo office is currently seeking an ambitious Senior Compliance Specialist to join the team full-time. The Senior Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the Company’s Compliance Program within a regulated iGaming environment. The role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and ethical standards, while supporting governance, investigations and regulatory implementation initiatives. As a Senior Compliance Specialist at our company, we expect you to be responsible for: Structure, maintain and update the Company’s Compliance Program and governance framework. Define, monitor and report Compliance KPIs and prepare reports for Senior Management and the Board. Perform regulatory gap analyses and coordinate responses to regulatory requests and inspections. Support IT and Product teams in implementing regulatory requirements (e.g., Responsible Gaming tools, self-exclusion) and compliance-related recertifications. Manage the KYP and KYE process, conducting enhanced due diligence (EDD) for partners, third parties, suppliers and employees, including ongoing monitoring of high-risk profiles. Manage conflict of interest disclosure processes and implement mitigating controls when necessary. Review, draft and update compliance and internal control policies, including second-level review of cross-department policies. Develop, update and deliver AML, Responsible Gambling, Compliance and Code of Conduct training programs for employees and third parties. Manage the whistleblowing channel, conduct internal investigations and oversee disciplinary and remediation actions. Send periodic compliance internal communications and promote a culture of ethics and integrity. Coordinate with compliance-related vendors and monitor service quality and regulatory alignment. Participate in compliance project meetings and support regulatory implementation initiatives across the organization. Required skills: Proven experience in compliance management within regulated environments, preferably in financial services, iGaming, fintech or similarly regulated sectors. Solid experience conducting Internal Risk Assessments and implementing Risk-Based Approaches across business operations. Background in internal investigations, whistleblowing case management and third-party due diligence. Experience drafting, reviewing and implementing compliance policies and internal control frameworks. Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo/SP (Faria Lima region), 3 times per week.
