A premier construction and property consultancy in Dublin is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to deliver a high-profile portfolio of commercial, healthcare, residential and retail developments across Ireland.

The Role

They are recruiting for two roles and in both you will lead complex capital projects through the entire project lifecycle—from initial feasibility and inception through to design, procurement, construction, and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Act as the primary client contact, managing project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate design teams, main contractors, local authorities, and third-party consultants to ensure seamless project alignment.
• Cost & Risk Control: Manage project risks, change control processes, and financial reporting alongside cost management teams.
• Contract Administration: Administer standard Irish construction contracts (e.g., RIAI, Public Works, FIDIC, NEC).
• Leadership (Senior PM): Provide strategic guidance, mentor junior project managers, and lead multi-disciplinary project teams on complex, high-value developments.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience:
• Project Manager: 3–6+ years of post-qualification project management experience within a consultancy or developer setting in Ireland or the UK.
• Senior Project Manager: 7–10+ years of proven leadership experience managing large-scale capital projects end-to-end.
• Qualifications: Chartership or professional accreditation (e.g., SCSI, RICS, CIOB, APM, or EI) is highly desirable.
• Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding of Irish construction legislation, planning processes, and standard form contracts.
• Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
