Essential Duties and Responsibilities H2C is performing a Nuclear Leadership Academy designed to Build leaders who model nuclear professionalism, strengthen safety culture, foster collaboration, and drive high-reliability performance utilizing H2C’s Values & Behaviors. This role will help provide the H2C leadership team with support as keynote speakers for H2C’s Nuclear Leadership Academy. The main duties include, but are not limited to: Provide executive keynote speakers to leadership development Develop leadership skills in participants Promote nuclear professionalism Enhance safety culture within the organization Encourage collaboration and high-reliability performance Mentoring of other leadership professionals Education and Licensure Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Additional experience can be considered in lieu of education. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance if required.
