EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Transaction Strategy and Execution team work together with German Real Estate Team. Together, we are looking for a
M&A Senior Consultant for Cyber Security to join the GDS team in Poland.

Your Key Responsibilities
You will be working in the M&A transaction projects and will be mostly responsible for consulting high-class solutions and successfully delivering IT projects in cyber security and technology area for the global companies in US and Europe.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Knowledge on information security and cyber defence
- +6 years’ experience in IT project management, IT infrastructure and in IT consulting roles
- Well versed in information security regulations and law
- Knowledge of industry leading standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO and CIS
- Ability to travel and work across EU (up to 20% annually)
- Excellent written and verbal command of English (German and other European language will be a plus)
- Experience with corporate transactions (due diligence, integrations, separations)
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours to work with international teams (e.g. United States)
Ideally, you’ll also have
- University degree in field related to IT
- Cyber security certifications
- Experience in building strong working relationships with senior clients, including influence, advice and support to key decision makers
- Already gained experience in international environment (especially with US and UK)
