As a Senior HR Consultant, you will collaborate with our clients and develop, create, and support them to find tailored solutions for their organizational challenges. Together with your Team, you will be accountable for delivering programs and services in Talent Selection, Development, and Training. You will facilitate organizational transformations and deep personal growth and development in individuals. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and the Team and serving as a trusted, inspiring leader.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Ph.D. or outstanding Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
5+ years of relevant working experience (HR Leadership and Transformation Consulting and/or Facilitation)
Native-level proficiency in English is mandatory, and native-level German is desirable. Additional languages are a plus
Intercultural mindset and drive for personal and professional growth
Willingness to travel, also abroad
