Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support VCF implementations across enterprise environments.
- Assist in technical workshops, assessments, and deployment planning.
- Configure and optimise NSX within VCF environments.
- Support automation and operations using tools like SDDC Manager and APIs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and customer teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and operations.
- Document implementation steps, configurations, and customer-specific adjustments.
- Stay up to date with VMware technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployments.
- Hands-on expertise with NSX (NSX-T preferred).
- Familiarity with VCF automation and operations tools and workflows.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms.
- Strong understanding of virtualisation, networking, and storage.
- Excellent communication skills in German (if applying in Germany) and English.
- Ability to work independently and in customer-facing environments.
- Willingness to travel for customer onsite visits as needed.
- Applications in Germany: Valid work permit for Germany and must be physically located in Germany.
- Applications in USA: Valid work permit for USA and must be physically located in USA (preferred Texas)
- Applications in UAE: Must be willing to move to Dubai or already present.
Preferred Qualification
- VMware certifications (e.g., VCP, VCAP).
- Experience with scripting (PowerCLI, Python) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and workload migration strategies.
Compensation
- Fixed annual salary (Germany): €65,000 – €95,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Fixed annual salary (USA): $120,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Fixed annual salary (UAE): Based on application
- Performance bonus: Based on project delivery, customer satisfaction, and team contribution
Basic Requirements::
- Location(s): USA (Texas prefered), EU (Germany preferred), UAE
- Type: Permanent / Full-Time
- Travel: Occasional customer onsite visits required
- Language: Fluent English (for germany fluent German)
- Eligibility: Must have valid work permit and reside in USA or Germany (depending on application), in UAE work permit can be provided.

His primary focus is on VMware technologies, where he has developed deep technical expertise supported by various certifications. In addition, he brings experience in IT service and infrastructure management, automation, software development, and project execution.
As a VMware Cloud Foundation Broadcom Knight, Fabian represents technical excellence and a clear perspective on modern cloud architecture. He helps organizations structure, simplify, and evolve complex IT environments.
Alongside his technical work, Fabian contributes to strategic decision-making within comdivision and supports projects from initial design through to implementation. He also shares his expertise through presentations and workshops to make complex topics accessible and actionable.
Yves Sandfort
CEO, Partner & Founder comdivision Group
Yves Sandfort is CEO and Partner at the comdivision group with more than 30 years of experience in cloud architecture and IT transformation. As VMware VCDX (#203) and a Broadcom Knight, he is recognized as an expert within the global VMware ecosystem.
His focus is on designing and implementing private, public, and hybrid cloud strategies as well as enterprise architectures. He supports organizations in aligning technology decisions with business objectives and risk management.
