What You’ll Do: Define and execute the content strategy and technical storytelling that generates demand for Teleport among our engineering personas. Research, source, and create technical blogs, videos, ads, web pages, social media posts, and more. Become an internal subject matter expert on Teleport’s products, customers, competitive landscape, and more. Source and develop a network of external contributors to establish a continuous pipeline of original, expert content. Manage content delivery from end-to-end to maintain consistent delivery. Use performance data and analytics to identify new content opportunities. Leverage AI tools to scale technical content workflows and increase content quality. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts in product, engineering, marketing, and sales. What You’ll Bring: Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, marketing-purposed content. Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and GEO best practices. A sharp eye for detail and content quality. Deep expertise developing content tailored to technical buyer journeys. Advanced knowledge of software development, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and cloud/infrastructure technology concepts. A high level of autonomy; you are confident driving projects despite ambiguity. Experience using LLMs to accelerate content production without compromising quality. Understanding of what separates effective marketing content from “AI-slop,” and can articulate and enforce AI quality standards across content types. What You Have: 5-7 years of experience in B2B technical marketing, content marketing, product marketing, developer relations, or product management. Experience as a technical practitioner in software engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, or a related discipline. A portfolio that demonstrates technical content across web, blog, video, social media, ad, and other mediums.
