Picture Yourself on the Team Oni Studios is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Content Producer to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate with some of the most prominent online entertainment personalities and brands to create and elevate content that reaches diverse audiences in the millions. From ideation to post-production, you’ll play a vital role in facilitating the content production process while driving innovation and excellence in multimedia storytelling. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Development: Collaborate with Content Producers to devise and execute strategies for channel growth, content ideation, thumbnails, titles, and audience engagement. Manage and maintain assigned SypherPK brand channels, monitor video performance, and manage daily upload schedules, metadata, and optimization efforts. Lead ideation (formats, hooks, intro beats) and guide packaging to ensure successful videos. Write/coach scripts, outlines, and talking points for on-brand concepts. Production & Post-Production: Manage Associate Content Producers and other staff supporting your channels by delegating work, providing day-to-day direction, and monthly 1:1s. Create and refine scripts, workshop ideas with Content Producers, and coach talent to bring scripts to life. Drive pre-production, coordinate with EA on talent bookings, and direct recordings as needed. Oversee and provide final feedback on edits for assigned channels and platforms using Frame.io to ensure all content is compelling, consistent, and high quality. Collaboration & Workflow Management: Partner with Directors, Post Producers, Supervisors, Marketing/Sponsorships team members, and Thumbnail artists to align on priorities and deliverables. Facilitate project workflows by coordinating deliverables and supporting project teams via Asana and other project management tools. Plan and delegate workloads based on incoming and ongoing projects within the department to ensure efficient task management. Analytics, Research & Innovation: Review performance (CTR, AVD, APV, CPM) and run A/B tests when appropriate. Stay updated on YouTube analytics, algorithm changes, and industry trends to guide forecasting and channel development. Expand your knowledge of emerging technologies, editing techniques, and industry developments to drive innovation in production. Additional Duties: Collaborate with Directors in maintaining SOPs, templates, and checklists for repeatability and scaling. Assist in forecasting capacity, risks, and cadence disruptions. Perform ad hoc tasks to support production stakeholders and ensure seamless execution of projects. Qualifications: Experience & Knowledge: 4+ years of branded content management and 5+ years of content creation or production experience. Proven expertise in managing sizable YouTube channels or personal YouTube channels, with a deep understanding of content pipelines, channel management, and branding strategy. Extensive knowledge of YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok algorithms, regulations, and audience preferences, particularly within gaming and lifestyle genres. Familiarity with G-Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Trello. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and a basic understanding of Photoshop or related tools is highly preferred. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent command of the English language. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Team-oriented mindset with experience providing leadership, guidance, and direction to multi-functional teams. Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Independent, self-motivated, creative thinker with high-level expertise in ideation and an eye for trends and opportunities to enhance content performance and production. Pay transparency: In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $65k-90k, exclusive of benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual Discretionary Profit-Sharing Bonus. If hired at Oni Studios, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the above range is the complete base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
