You will support the application of Group Legal and Commercial policies, implement efficient processes, and manage key internal interfaces across supported businesses. Expected: · JD (or international equivalent) · Proven track record in contract review, drafting, and negotiation within a service company environment · Strong understanding of contracting principles, policies, and financial systems · Excellent knowledge of client contract structures and commercial procedures · Relevant client-facing contracting experience (2–6 years) Desirable: · Licensed and admitted to practice law in the United States, Canada, or one or more Latin American countries
