As a Senior Contracts Manage r, you will serve as a key member of the Company’s Operations team, overseeing the full lifecycle of Government and commercial contracts supporting the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of War, and other federal partners. Working closely with program management, finance, legal, and executive leadership, you will help guide contract execution, ensure compliance, and enable informed business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning complex workstreams, collaborating across functions, and helping build processes that support long-term organizational success. What You Will Do • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract administration and oversight of Government prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements • Manage the full contract lifecycle including review, negotiation, execution, modification, closeout, and record retention for Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Subcontract Agreements • Ensure compliance with Department of War and Department of Homeland Security regulations, FAR requirements, and applicable agency supplements • Oversee subcontractor and teaming partner agreements including flow-down requirements, performance monitoring, and compliance reporting • Administer vendor and supplier contracts supporting operational and program needs • Support compliance reporting requirements, audits, and internal controls related to Government contracts • Coordinate closely with finance teams on invoicing procedures, billing accuracy, and revenue recognition aligned to contract terms • Track funding, expenditures, ceilings, and burn rates to support forecasting and program performance • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract best practices, risk mitigation, and regulatory considerations • Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams by offering guidance or support when it is helpful and appropriate • Interface with Government contracting officers, program managers, teaming partners, and vendors as needed • Collaborate with Program Management to identify out-of-scope requests and support preparation of requests for equitable adjustment • Perform all assigned tasks using proven, repeatable, and compliant contract management processes What We Are Looking For Required: • Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Government contract management or administration, including full lifecycle management within a mid-sized organization • Demonstrated experience managing prime contracts with the U.S. Government, subcontracts with teaming partners, and vendor agreements • Strong working knowledge of Department of War and Department of Homeland Security contracting regulations and FAR requirements • Experience supporting compliance reporting, audits, invoicing procedures, and financial tracking for Government contracts • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, contracts management, or a related field • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams Nice to Have (Not Required): • Experience helping scale contracts processes in a growing organization • Experience supporting proposal development, growth initiatives, or new business efforts • NCMA certification or similar professional credential Location •Fully Remote Who We Are At D&G Solutions, people come first; our teammates, customers, and the communities we serve.
