About The Job
- The mission of the Unauthorized Trading Controller is to ensure conduct and regulatory second level controls within First Line of Defense (LOD1) on Sales and traders activities, and maintain Optimus referential dedicated to book/portfolio and Trader/sale mandates
Your Main Activities Are
- Contribute to a strong and resilient control framework within BNP Paribas
- Identify and analyse several financial transactions to discover potential breaches and proposing possible solutions
- Minimise the operational risks and the risks of fraud by keeping a critical eye on their processes
- Facilitate communications with other teams and functions, conduct, tax, legal, compliance, as required
- Confidence in the setup and presentation of meetings at different levels
- Oversee ad-hoc queries arising from Management, Business, within a Global Remit
- Confidence in the setup and presentation of meetings at different levels
- Coordinating Monthly statistical reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) management.
- Closely monitors and controls these indicators to ensure their relevance and reliability.
- Produces synthesis, analysis and reporting adapted to the target objectives.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
- Fluent (C1) level of English
- Knowledge of Financial Markets – Trading
- Knowledge of Operations and Processes - Middle Office Operations
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to deliver / results driven
- Ability to develop and adapt a process
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
