What You’ll Do: Own the Narrative: Lead and manage the voice and strategic messaging for four distinct core programs at once—keeping every brand voice sharp and every message impactful. Create High-Impact Decks: Develop compelling executive decks and summaries that transform complex ideas into clear, visual stories that resonate with any audience. Deliver Powerful One-Sheeters & Assets: Write, structure, and polish succinct one-sheeters, engaging overviews, and B2B/B2C materials—often on lightning-fast turnarounds. Drive High-Volume Content Production: Keep a constant flow of crisp, polished messaging across digital, print, video scripts, email campaigns, landing pages, and go-to-market collateral—all under quick deadlines. Collaborate With Leaders: Work hand-in-hand with Creative Directors, Program Managers, and Executives to translate business vision into creative, results-driven messaging. Build Editorial Excellence: Establish messaging frameworks and editorial standards, so your voice remains consistent across every touchpoint—internal and external. What Makes You Stand Out: You are a master at unraveling complex ideas, structuring them into compelling narratives. You work at high velocity, balancing multiple projects without missing a detail—or the bigger picture. You easily switch gears across different projects, meeting tight deadlines every time. Your voice adapts to any audience, commanding mastery of tone and style (B2B, B2C, leadership, and partners). Your copy is impeccably self-edited, free of errors, and always on-message. You stay calm, focused, and productive under the most intense pressure. You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, Creative Writing, or equivalent portfolio experience. 6+ years of copywriting experience in agency, enterprise brand, or high-growth environments. A portfolio showcasing polished corporate decks, concise one-sheeters, dynamic campaign messaging, and multi-channel collateral. Experience developing and balancing messaging strategies across multiple brands or business lines. Advanced proficiency with Google Slides, Google Docs, and Figma.
