Senior Creative Producer (12 month FTC)

Lead the development and execution of creative productions, from stills and video shoots to events and talent activations Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other creative professionals both internally and externally to ensure the shoot aligns with the creative vision and brief goals Manage budgets and production timelines to ensure shoots are completed on time and within budget Oversee the setup and breakdown of shoots, ensuring all equipment and props are in place Provide creative direction and feedback during shoots to achieve desired outcomes, and ensure the crew are keeping to schedule Handle any logistical issues that arise during pre-production and the shoot Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained for shoot locations Work with internal resources to manage risks assessments, contracts, and any other production admin that's required Maintain clear communication with the team, brands and stakeholders throughout the production process Support the team post-shoot on moving assets though post-production and meeting deadlines set out by the Creative Project Manager Mentor and support Creative Producers and other team members Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies Extensive experience as a Creative Producer or similar role, having delivered a variety of different production types Strong understanding of creative production processes Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to lead and inspire creative teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Creative mindset with proven track record of innovative projects Proficient with budgeting, risk assessments, permitting, contracting and other production admin Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure BeneFITS’ Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)
