Role Description The Senior CRM Pharmacist – Egypt is a part-time, remote role responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship activities within the healthcare and pharmaceutical domains. This role focuses on using CRM tools to segment audiences, track interactions, and support tailored communication strategies for healthcare professionals, patients, and partners. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing CRM data, identifying opportunities for engagement, supporting sales and marketing campaigns, and ensuring that all content and interactions adhere to relevant medical and ethical standards. The Senior CRM Pharmacist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide pharmaceutical and clinical insight to digital initiatives, and contribute to the design of patient support and adherence programs. The role also involves documenting processes, monitoring performance metrics, and recommending improvements to CRM workflows and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, with hands-on experience using CRM platforms and optimizing customer journeys.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex clinical and pharmaceutical information clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret CRM data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related capabilities, such as supporting sales funnels, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction in healthcare settings.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate CRM-related initiatives, manage timelines, and align stakeholders on campaign objectives.
• Licensed pharmacist (Egypt) with relevant clinical or pharmaceutical experience; prior experience in healthcare marketing or patient support programs is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ethical guidelines, pharma regulations, and digital communication standards applicable to healthcare in Egypt.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, and strong computer literacy with CRM and office productivity tools.
