We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Engagement Consultant to join Zurich’s Ezicover General Advice team, reporting to the Advice Director – General Advice. In this phone-based role, you’ll support customers with enquiries and fact-based general advice, helping them make informed choices about Zurich’s Ezicover products. You’ll also play an important role in supporting the Advice Director – General Advice and the broader Ezicover team, contributing to a smooth, efficient and customer-focused advice experience. Important to your success - Unlock your potential Customer service, contact centre leadership, insurance, broking or advice experience highly regarded Warm, confident communicator who enjoys helping customers Able to work at pace and manage competing priorities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset Strong attention to detail and sound judgement RG146 accreditation highly preferred Belong.
