Senior Customs Clearance Broker

This is a key role for a Senior Customs Clearance Broker, with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical clearance submissions, optimising duty mitigation strategy, driving client support, managing key accounts, client development. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing effective sales strategies and supporting the overall commercial goals of the company. The position also requires ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders and actively contributing to business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven Clearance technical experience, customs authorisations implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Customer service expertise to address client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Outbound sales and account management experience, including the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and manage client portfolios effectively.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Previous experience in similar roles is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model combining on-site and remote responsibilities.
