In this role, you will be an integral part of a team specialized in performing security assessments under the recognized Common Criteria standard (ISO/IEC 15408). Your mission will be to analyze innovative products, applications and services to detect hidden risks, vulnerabilities, and potential security flaws. Lead and manage cybersecurity projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and coordinate daily tasks for evaluators, optimizing workload distribution across multiple product evaluations to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Collaborating with other departments and teams in different locations. Help ensure our clients’ products are designed and implemented to the highest security standards. Analyze technical documentation of IT products, including security targets, design, functional specifications, installation & operation guidance, life-cycle models, and source code. Perform penetration testing and security assessment for devices. Prepare evaluation technical reports with the results of the analysis. Work directly with the internal team and customers to solve challenging software and hardware problems. What do we expect from you? +5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar position. Computer Science, Telecommunication, or equivalent Bachelor's degree. Understanding of IT architectures: hardware, software, networks and operating systems. Ability to read and analyze technical documentation (product specifications, user guides, etc.). Ability to translate complex security architectures and test results into clear, concise, and structured technical reports. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Linux. Familiarity with network penetration testing and tools like Nmap, Metasploit, Wireshark, and Netcat. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash). Clear and concise technical reporting and communication skills in both English and Spanish. Demonstrated skills in leadership, team management, and problem-solving. Aptitude for teamwork, cooperative and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and working in a dynamic environment Be keen to learn day to day. Ideally, you’ll also have General Knowledge of Cyber Security standard frameworks such as ISO 27000 or GDPR. CEH, OSCP or similar. PMP (Project Management Professional). What do we offer?
