You'll have the autonomy to win clients, develop long-term partnerships and build a desk that's genuinely your own.

What you'll be doing

• Winning and developing your own clients
• Building long-term relationships across Data & AI
• Recruiting senior talent across AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Platforms and Governance
• Developing your own specialist market

What they're looking for

• Proven experience recruiting within Data, AI, Analytics or Machine Learning
• Genuine 360 recruitment experience
• A track record of winning and growing client relationships
• Commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously
• Deep knowledge of your market and the people within it

This isn't a delivery role.
