As an Analytics Engineer , you will contribute to delivering high-quality data solutions aligned with agreed SLAs and budget constraints. Responsibilities Designing and maintaining optimal data pipeline architectures. Assembling large, complex datasets to meet business requirements. Identifying and implementing process improvements (e.g., automation, scalability, data delivery optimization). Building analytics tools to generate actionable insights on customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key metrics. Collaborating within an agile team to uphold operational and control procedures. Supporting data design and modeling within an Enterprise Data Platform in a cloud environment. Qualifications Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake for analytical workloads. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, optimized for analytics. Proficiency in dbt for data modeling, transformation workflows, and testing. Workflow orchestration experience using Airflow or similar tools. Strong Python programming skills for pipeline development and data processing. Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Scala, C++) is a plus. Experience with AWS data services (e.g., Lambda, Glue, Kinesis, S3, Redshift); real-time or streaming data pipeline experience is highly valued. Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Strong analytical and implementation skills. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
