Are you passionate about turning data into insight and driving smarter decisions? We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our international team and support data-driven decision-making across a range of departments, including Digital, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D. This role is key in ensuring our data is accurate, accessible, and effectively visualized to support our business objectives. Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Product Owners to identify and deliver the best reporting solutions. Coordinate reporting activities and manage priorities to ensure efficient and timely delivery. Create dashboards and reports that drive business decisions and support cross-functional teams. Work closely with Data Engineers to define data collection, transformation, and management rules. Ensure high data quality and consistency across reports and systems. Document your work and maintain the consistency of the data catalog. Ensure data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR) and proactively identify risks related to unauthorized data use. Collaborate with Data Scientists and support the industrialization of data processes. Strong knowledge of database systems and database management (SQL/NoSQL). Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with big data tools and modern data stacks is a plus. A proactive mindset and excellent analytical thinking. Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Proficiency in English. Knowledge gaps can be filled.
