Senior Data Analyst - German Speaking (REF5252U)

We are looking for a business-oriented Senior Data Analyst with strong experience in data transformation and visualization, eager to transform complex data into actionable insights. The role focuses on analytical problem solving and supporting data-driven decision-making in close collaboration with the business side. Key Responsibilities - Gather and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions - Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and semantic data models - Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across reporting solutions - Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders within the “data squad.” - Present insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making. Required Skills & Experience - Experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in a data-driven environment. - Strong skills in dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau). - Good knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and semantic layers. - Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working with cross-functional and virtual teams - Confident German and English Skill (B2-C1) Nice-to-Have - Energy industry experience - (Advanced) knowledge of Python - Knowledge of data science methods * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
