JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using

Snowflake and dbt.

• Integrate data from multiple sources, including Snowflake Data Shares, Amazon S3, and
• AWS DMS migrations.
• Develop and maintain layered data models (Raw → Staging → Validated).
• Cleanse, standardize, and transform legacy data into well-structured, governed datasets.
• Generate interface files based on strict technical specifications while implementing
• robust business and technical validation rules.
• Execute repeatable and auditable data migration and reconciliation processes.
• Orchestrate workflows using Apache Airflow (AWS MWAA).
• Deploy and maintain data pipelines through CI/CD practices.
• Monitor pipeline performance, reliability, and cloud resource utilization.
• Collaborate closely with distributed cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with demonstrated technical ownership.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake and dbt.
• Experience with AWS data services, including: Amazon S3, AWS DMS, AWS MWAA (Airflow), IAM, AWS Secrets Manager
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams with strong communication and ownership.
• Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Based in Vietnam

Nice-to-have

• Experience in financial services, banking, lending, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience working with Australian or European clients.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data migration and reconciliation projects.
• Good understanding of data governance, privacy, and PII handling.
• Experience with: Terraform, GitHub CI/CD, Datadog
• Exposure to collections or recovery platforms, or fixed-format interface file integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Snowflake Cortex, or similar solutions
