Požadavky Dostupnost : asap / early September 2026 Lokalita : remote (European time zones preferred, occasional onsite workshops may be required) Jazykové znalosti : Excellent English (C1+), ability to independently lead stakeholder workshops and client discussions Seniorita: Senior (10+) Allocation: Preferred 100%, minimum 60% for exceptionally strong candidates Expected Duration: Long-term programme involvement with potential extension into subsequent delivery phases Project Overview The client is delivering a large-scale business and technology transformation programme, including a complex data workstream focused on integrating operational, reporting, and analytics data into the client's enterprise data platform.We are looking for a senior consultant who can lead the data workstream, work closely with client stakeholders, and help shape both the target solution and the delivery approach.This is a leadership role combining data architecture, programme delivery, stakeholder management, and governance responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end data workstream within a major transformation programme Collaborate with client programme management and senior business stakeholders Drive requirements definition and solution design activities Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology domains Manage risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery planning Provide architectural oversight for data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions Support future scaling of the data workstream and related delivery teams Required Experience Proven experience as a Data Architect , Data Delivery Lead , Data Transformation Lead , or similar senior role Strong track record delivering enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives Experience leading complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders Deep understanding of modern cloud-based data ecosystems Strong communication and consulting skills Ability to engage effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders Experience managing distributed delivery teams Technical Requirements Mandatory AWS Cloud Data Platforms Data Lake / Lakehouse Architecture Data Integration Data Architecture Reporting & Analytics Nice to Have Snowflake Dataiku Guidewire Insurance industry experience
